Maybe try uninstalling the jailbreak before updating?

Unfortunately the touch screen is unresponsive and access via ssh doesn't work, but I can access it via USB connection
ssh -p 2222 root@192.168.1.215 Getting ssh: connect to host 192.168.1.215 port 2222: Connection refused |

Pocketbook 740 color? That has a microsd right?
Make sure you're running the update with the FW file on the internal storage rather than the microsd. Did you manually disable touch before updating, or has the touchscreen just stopped responding by itself? Last edited by neil_swann80; 12-23-2023 at 04:24 AM. |

According to the extract from the LOG, jalbreak prevents the update, you will probably have to uninstall it first before the update.
In case you are stuck on the update, in my case when the touch screen didn't work, I had to downgrade to a lower version (if you have older firmware, try more) PS : Maybe you should hide your "Device serial number" in your post Last edited by Michal Jancik; 12-24-2023 at 01:35 PM. |
