Possibility to download from Kobo Plus
Hi there,
Not sure if this thread can be made here, please ignore if not possible. Kobo Plus has just been launched in my country, so now we have the possibility to subscribe ebooks from Kobo; it also seems to work offline, that is, after selecting the book, wifi doesn't need to be on. My question is: has anyone successfully tried to "download" those books? So a sort of "sideload" from Kobo to the PC? If wifi is not required after fetching the book from kobo store, I guess the ebook must be stored somewhere in the kobo reader? Perhaps it is under severe encryption? |

Kobo Plus books are lent. There doesn’t seem to be a good reason to sideload them to one’s PC, because of course you wouldn’t intend to keep them as that would be theft.
In other words, don’t ask for help pirating Kobo Plus books, if that’s your intention. |
